We may also collect information if you contact us directly through email or phone - only when we go on to provide goods or services with you. Unless you go on to do further business with us we destroy this information promptly.

We use up-to-date firewalls, anti-virus, anti-malware and encryption services. We also conduct a strict high security protocol in the office, with passwords and details changed very frequently.
When possible we only store your data digitally. We only keep your data when it is required to provide you with services and for administrative purposes. We destroy your data securely when it is no longer required and we will immediately delete any data that has not been used for these reasons after 3 years.
